It's no secret that poor nutrition and inactivity are putting today's youth at risk of developing life- threatening diseases as they age. According to the American Heart Association, about 1 in 3 children (ages 2-19) are overweight (at or above the 85th percentile of Body Mass Index) and about 1 in 6 are obese (at or above the 95th percentile of Body Mass Index).

Children should be learning about the extreme dangers of being overweight and obese as well as engaging in daily fitness-based activities. What better way to do this than to integrate it into the daily curriculum. Human In Motion is serious about its initiative to reach out to today’s youth. Human In Motion introduces " Operation FitKid"program for school Kids and youth. This program is absolutely scientific based for the proper physical and mental development of kids and adults. We provide the understanding of Kid's Activity Pyramid and the My Plate Guidance Plan. We educate and explain the importance of our hearts, safe walking and running techniques, proper and safe strength training execution, muscle strengthening exercises, benefits of flexibility training and correct motor training abilities. In addition, We provide information related to the significance of healthy and proper hydration,identifying healthy snacks, food label reading and understanding, ways to reduce fat and calories in fast food, importance of eating breakfast. Putting it all together, We guide and assist the kids and youths for any over all health and wellness awareness and implementation to achieve a healthy, active lifestyle and eating habit.
